Island View Villa sits at the very top of the property.  This villa is the largest villa on the property with a large kitchen, living, and dining area.  The kitchen offers a stove and oven, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The air-conditioned bedroom has a king size bed that looks directly out to the Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or a moon view from the private patio off the bedroom.

Sunset Villa sits at the top of the property and features a large side patio with full view of the Bay. The kitchen offers a stove top (no oven), air fryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area seats four and the living area has a love seat and chairs and faces the Bay.  The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen sized bed.

Ocean View villa sits at the highest point on the property above the main building. The galley kitchen offers a stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The air-conditioned bedroom has a king-sized bed and a walk out patio overlooking Cane Garden Bay.  This villa has a second covered patio on the rear of the villa with a 90 degree view of Cane Garden Bay and afternoon shade.

Seabreeze Villa sits at the top of the property on the bottom floor of the main building.  The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dedicated gas grill on  the patio.  The dining area has 2 seat dining table with a view of the bay through sliding doors. The air-conditioned bedroom has a king-sized bed. The large patio facing Cane Garden Bay has comfortable lounge chairs and a small two seater dining set.

Pineapple Villa is the only 2-bedroom villa available and is situated in the middle of the property.  This villa provides a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dedicated gas grill.  The dining area has seating for 4 and 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Each air-conditioned bedrooms has a queen sized bed.  The spacious front patio provides a beautiful view overlooking Cane Garden Bay with lounge furniture for 4.  There is also a small covered patio on the rear of the building with a 2 seater dining table and the gas grill.

Coconut Villa is situated in the middle of the property. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dedicated gas grill.  The dining table seats four.  The living area has a love seat, chairs, coffee table and ceiling fan.  The air-conditioned bedroom has a king-sized bed.  The patio provides a beautiful view overlooking Cane Garden Bay. 

Turtle Villa is on the ground floor of our newest four unit building.  It is situated at the lowest level of the property without any need to climb the steep hill to the other villas. This also makes it the closest building to the beach and restaurants!

The patio faces the bottom of the property with its banana and coconut trees and is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom.  The air-conditioned bedroom has a king-sized bed.  

Flamingo Villa is on the ground floor of our newest four unit building.  It is situated at the lowest level of the property without any need to climb the steep hill to the other villas. This also makes it the closest building to the beach and restaurants!
